ENTERING RESERVATION DETAILS
The first step of a very popular process (reserving a room) is straightforward and so, too, should be the messaging.
When users enter a date or time for when the library is not open, they receive a message that tells them how to course correct.
With the launch of the new library website, room reservation guidelines were updated to reflect policy changes. It was important for these guidelines to be clear and conspicuously placed. They can be found on in the sidebar of the reservation picker.
Emails are the way in which users are notified of their room assignment, so they are an extremely important part of the user flow. I wanted these emails to be informative and welcoming.
