I have a knack for noticing.

I’m drawn to the problems that take some untangling, especially the ones that call for both careful listening and a little imagination.

My path started in counseling psychology, and that training still shapes how I work today. I pay attention to how people make sense of complicated systems, listen for what is not being said, and look for the human story underneath the surface. I’m interested not only in what people do, but in what they may be feeling, needing, or trying to protect along the way.

For more than a decade, I’ve used research, facilitation, and strategic thinking to help organizations replace uncertainty with shared understanding. My work has included healthcare, government services, education, and digital products, often in spaces where the stakes are high and the answers are not obvious.

I’m at my best when I can bring structure to something messy, connect ideas that have been sitting in separate places, and help a team imagine a more thoughtful way forward.
