Hi, I'm Jo
Lover of mysteries, puzzles — and em dashes. 

I draw strength from connecting with people. I love hearing their stories and learning what shapes their thinking and behavior. This inherent curiosity led me to Columbia University where I received my Masters of Education in Counseling Psychology.

 

As an extroverted introvert, I’ve learned how to push past my natural tendency to become invisible so that I can be the voice of the user, delivering experiences that are grounded in empathy and understanding of the people I’m designing experiences for— I'm happy when the people around me are happy.
